1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using StockRoute, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply to all users of the StockRoute iOS application and website.
2. Description of Service
StockRoute provides livestock producers with access to USDA cattle market data, diesel price tracking, route planning tools, and an AI market advisor. Market data is sourced from USDA AMS and is intended for informational purposes only.
StockRoute does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data. Always verify prices directly with the sale barn before making purchasing or hauling decisions.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
StockRoute is available via a paid subscription after a 7-day free trial. By starting a trial, you agree to the following:
- Your trial begins on the date you create an account
- After 7 days, your selected plan ($29/month or $290/year) will begin billing automatically
- You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at stockroutellc@gmail.com
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use StockRoute for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the app
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the app in a way that disrupts or damages our services
- Misrepresent yourself or your operation when using the app
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
StockRoute is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that market data will always be accurate or current.
Market prices, diesel costs, and route data are provided for informational purposes only. StockRoute LLC is not responsible for any financial decisions made based on data provided by the app.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StockRoute LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of StockRoute — including the app design, code, and branding — are owned by StockRoute LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the app's Profile tab or by contacting us.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of StockRoute shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
